After the machine is delivered, it will not be the end. Our sales representatives will visit periodically. When using the machine, we will respond to consultations and propose improvements for inconvenience.

We are proposing periodical inspection after machine is delivered. Perform inspection by our engineer and will propose repair required location or exchanging consumable parts.
Even not performing periodical inspection, we will correspond machine repair request or ordering consumable parts, too.

We will practice initial correspondence within 24 hours (Within Japan), and 48 hours (Overseas).
If machine malfunction occurred, we will try our best for prompt correspondence and machine repair for minimize the effect to the customer’s production plan.
We will respond with sincerity so as not to damage the relationship of trust with our customers.
