Excellent kneading for high-to super high-viscosity materials.
The INOUE KNEADER offers general purpose kneading of high-to super high-viscosity materials. The kneading effect(kneading, crushing, dispersing) is maximized by the powerful shear force generated between the two strong blades and between the blades and kneading trough. Cooling,heating, and vacuum/decompression are also possible (as an options). A flushing-type kneader (flusher), which operates with heat vacuum/decompression, is also available as an option.
Blade selection
The functions of the KNEADER affect the arrangement and shape (type) of the blades you select.
Blade arrangement
The blades can be arranged tangentially (differentially, with optional rotation ratio) or overlapping (1:1 rotation ratio). In special case they can also be set up in an overlapping-differential arrangement (1:2 rotation ratio).
■The tangential method of arrangement is shown in Figure 1. Because the paths of the Two blades do not cross, the shape and speed of the blades can be set randomly. This Method of arrangement is often used when superhigh-viscosity materials are kneaded.
■The overlapping method of arrangement is shown in Figure 2. Although the paths of the two blades cross, the blades are arranged so that they do not touch each other; the rotation ratio is 1:1. The blade shape (blade spiral angle) is limited, and this arrangement is appropriate for kneading and adjusting/diluting high-viscosity materials.

Several types of blades are available. The differences in the characteristics and consistency of the material to be processed determine which blade should be selected for optimum performance.
