At the time of testing, the chemical representatives (technical consultant) of Inoue provides consulting support for setting conditions and optimal dispersion method, so that even the difficult materials and products to be tested for the first time can be tested with confidence. By performing this test, you can check the performance and material evaluation of the machine with your own eyes, and reduce the risk after purchase our machine. In addition, we will know the optimal conditions and machine settings for customers to manufacture products by proposal of technical consultants. During the test, a wide variety of data such as viscosity, temperature, load, and pressure are collected, and after completion, the results will be given and explained. Meeting for Simulation testing
We propose selection of optimum machine type, operating condition, etc. based on purpose and request of customer. For selecting machine and succeeding simulation testing, we ask customers about materials to be processed, viscosity, specific gravity, amount of materials customer can prepare for, temperature condition, etc. If you need confidentiality agreement, we will sign it.

Scheduling Simulaion testing
We suit to customer's convenience and adjust the schedule.
As a general rule, tests are conducted in the presence of the customer, but if it is not convenient, you can send the materials and conduct the tests only by our company.

Simulation testing
The simulation testing is executed in accordance with content of meeting. Test data such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, power load and viscosity are recorded and collected. In addition, we perform simple evaluations on the spot and propose changes in various conditions to get good results.
※ Measuring equipment available at our company: particle size distribution meter, Grind Gauge, B-type Viscometer, Thermometer, etc.

We explain the details of recorded data at the simulation testing after test. Then, we send test report to the customer by courier or e-mail later.

Evaluation
by customer
We immideately ship back the materials to be processed after the simulation testing. Then, customer formally evaluate. Once the results has been evaluated, our representative will ask for more details (sometimes by phone).
If the evaluation does not meet your requirements, you can review the test conditions and test again.
