Inoue strives to c reate a better company through TQC activities involving all employees.
TQC is company-wide quality control, and QC (quality control) applied to production departments such as systematized factories and applied to those other than production departments.
TQC activities consist of three pillars (Trinity): ① Top-down policy management (employee activity), ② Bottom-up QC circle (voluntary activities), and ③ Incorporating improvement activities into daily work and producing results for management item targets.
The main purpose of TQC activities is to perform quality control from the source to the entire process, and not just one department of the company to work on, but the entire company to work together, match the vector, and provide customers with higher quality.

TPM activities are performed with TQC activities. TPM activities is an improvement activities to reduce any kind of waist, unevenness and loss, and structure creation activities to prevent such waist, unevenness and loss beforehand, and through this activities aim to develop “human resources”. At INOUE MFG., INC., each and every employee respects and cooperates with each other, work hard and improve themselves, and contribute to the development of society through high-quality products backed by high technological capabilities.
