The INOUE TRI-MIX (TRIPLE ARM PLANETARY MIXER) boasts superior performance in mixing and kneading thixotropic materials that are a mixture of fine solids and liquids. Its is ideal as a vertical kneader in multiple material productions. Heating and vacuum/decompression makes flushing and powdering of water/solvent-based materials possible. The INOUE TRI-MIX consists of three open-frame blades (patent pending) that rotate in a unique planetary orbit, ensuring strong mixing and kneading. The TX and TXG models are available.

Features
■Material viscosity
Can mix and knead materials with a range of viscosities from 10Pa.s~8,000Pa.s (10,000cps to 8,000,000 cps.)
■Mixing blades
Three specially constructed open-frame blades (patent pending) are precision-machined to maximize mixing and kneading efficiency in the tank.
■Tank
The mixing tank is interchangeable, allowing different batches to be produced with spare tanks, which rationalizes the production process. The tanks can be transported in a variety of ways, such as with castors, tanl porter, fork lift, automatic rail (optional), or automatic transporter (optional) for factory automation.
■Mixing/Kneading
The planetary orbit of the three uniquely constructed open-frame blades, combined with the precision-machining of the blades and tank, produces excellent kneading effects and drastically reduces operation time.
■Cleaning
Compared with horizontal kneaders which support both ends of a horizontal shaft; the INOUE TRI-MIX supports the top end of a vertical blade shaft. This construction facilitates cleaning and the interchangeable tank ensures safety.
■Discharging
The tank inner surface is precision-machined to match the INOUE Ram Press (Ram-type highly viscous materials press out machine), which can discharge nearly all (99%) of the material from the tank and which makes possible automated transfer of the material to the next process.
■Vacuum/decompression
If vacuum hood and mechanical seal are used, the INOUE TRI-MIX can be operated under vacuum and decompressed condition for low-temperature boiling, defoaming, and dehydration. The hood and seal are standard equipment in the TX-15 and TX-50 models and optional in other models.
■Cooling/heating
The tank jacket permits cooling and heating, and is standard in the TX-15 and TX-50 models and optional in other models.
■Tank stabilization
The tanks of the TX models are fixed in place by means of manual clamps, and those of the TXG models by hydraulic cylinder tank clamps.
■Safety device
An interlocking safety device stops blade rotation when the mixer unit rises from the tank.
■Options
Various other devices and measuring instruments are optionally available.
