Combination of a high-speed blade that provides high shear force and a low- speed blade that can scrape off material stuck to a interior wall of a tank.
The INOUE CDM TWIN MIXER maximizes the turbine blade features of a high-speed mixer (dissolver) a high shearing force and a liquid material flow pattern (vortex)- by integrating low-speed, open-frame blades and concentric shafts. This improvement ensures that material stuck to the interior wall of the tank is scrape off and permits mixing, kneading, and dispersion of highly viscous liquids that could not be processed by conventional means.
